Indigenous myth tells us that whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rainforest to open people’s hearts and return to us all to harmony.

Chocolate Meditation will be facilitated by healers Jim Wert and Christel Libot. Cacao (chocolate in its purest form) is a plant medicine that has been used by the Mayans for centuries both by the Shamans and people in their everyday lives. Ceremonial cacao is the Food for the Shift.  Joining the event is James Foulkes, an integrated wellness specialist with over 10 years of experience whose diverse set of practices include Yoga, Meditation, Qi gong, Kung Fu and shamanic movement practices. Every Telesma show is a vortex of creativity; a celebration of body, mind and spirit. Themes of higher consciousness, philosophy, connectivity, peace, and universal archetypes merge with influences from folklore, various mythologies and religion, nature, fantasy, art, and other mystical elements to create the root of Telesma’s inspirational message. Telesma has performed at festivals and venues from coast to coast
