The Hammond-Harwood House in downtown Annapolis is pleased to announce the launch of Brown Bag Lunch Tours this spring. There will be two tours: 12:15 p.m. and 12:45 p.m., each lasting 20 minutes on Tuesdays. After the tour, participants are encouraged to enjoy their lunches in our gardens. Tours will be on a different topic every week ranging from decorative arts to social history, and architecture. Tours cost $5 per person. Reservations are not required.
The Hammond-Harwood House Museum, dubbed the jewel of Annapolis, is an 18th century Anglo-Palladian house that contains some of the nation’s premier fine and decorative arts collection. The museum is open for tours, groups, and school programs Tuesday to Sunday from April 1 to December 31.
