Annapolis Police are reporting that around 130am this morning, shots were fired in the 1400 block of Tyler Avenue near the Robinwood community.
A 21 year old man from Upper Marlboro reported that he was outside his vehicle when he heard gun shots. He ran to his vehicle, drove out of the area, and called the police. He thought he had been struck by a bullet, but was not. The man did not see anyone shooting.
