Juicebox Jams moves to Union Jacks

UnionJacksBeginning Saturday, April 4, 2014, Juice Box Jams is moving its monthly kid-friend concerts to Union Jacks in Annapolis, Md. The new, larger venue (located at 2072 Somerville Rd., Annapolis, MD 21401) offers food, drink and entertainment for kids of all ages.

The recently-launched Juice Box Jam series features live performances on the first Saturday of every month at 11 a.m. ET, with some of the area’s premier recording artists for both children and adults alike. The Saturday, April 4, 2015 show will feature performances from singer/songwriter Kidsinger JimMichael K., and Pressing Strings lead singer Jordan Sokel.

The series is intended to provide families with children ages 0 to 12 with an affordable and convenient opportunity to enjoy live entertainment, balloon twisting, along with face-painting and glitter tattoos from Swede Art Face & Body Art.

“We launched Juice Box Jams earlier this year, and since that time have grown in popularity among families seeking an opportunity to mix with others while enjoying kid-friendly live music,” said Billy Zero, co-founder of Juice Box Jams and former WHFS and XM RADIO Dj. “This new location at Union Jacks will continue to offer that same entertainment in a setting that parents can now enjoy. We believe Union Jacks will add to the lively and interactive experience we’ve sought to create.”

“We’re pleased Juice Box Jams is moving to Union Jacks. By night, we feature regional rock, top-40 and retro bands and DJs,” said Rich Rich Cutair, general manager, Union Jacks. “Now, by day once a month, we’re pleased to be able to offer kid-friendly music in our old-English styled pub.”

Tickets for the show are $5 and can be purchased online. For more information, to purchase tickets and schedule updates, visit www.juiceboxjams.com or Facebook.com/juiceboxjams.
