“Boats, Boats & more Boats” opening at Annapolis Maritime Museum March 19th

Vanishing Skipjacks of the Chesapeake“Boats, Boats and more Boats” is a visually exciting art show to be unveiled at the Annapolis Maritime Museum on March 19, showcasing local artists and local boats. Everything from simple Dorys to Skipjacks to ocean going Freighters will adorn the walls of the Museum’s Bay Room during the run of the show, through April 12.

The Museum has grouped an outstanding array of 14 local artists to interpret the unique beauty of boats on the Chesapeake Bay. The artists’ opening reception, open to the public, will be held on March 19 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. All paintings will be offered for sale and proceeds will support the artists as well as the Museum.
