A man was robbed at gunpoint early this morning as he was walking to his car in the 100 block of Quiet Waters Place adjacent to the Quiet Waters Park.
According to Annapolis Police, they received the call at 4:56am this morning and said that the adult male suspect approached an adult male walking to his vehicle and displayed a gun. The suspect demanded the victim’s property and took the man’s cell phone.
The victim struggled with the suspect when the suspect tried to take his wallet. During the struggle a shot was fired and the suspect fled the area on foot. The victim was not struck by the shot fired.
Officers searched the area for the suspect using police K-9 and helicopter, but they did not locate him.
