Look who’s crashing the Home & remodeling Expo later this month

The 10th annual Annapolis Home and Remodeling Expo, a one-of-a-kind homeowners event showcasing products and services for the home, will run for two weekends: February Feb. 21-22, and Feb. 28- March 1 from 10am-6pm on Saturdays and 11am-5pm on Sundays at the National Guard Armory Expo Hall in Annapolis.

The Expo gives consumers a chance to participate in educational seminars with national and local celebrities on everything from landscaping, home improvement, and antiques. Over 80 companies will be on hand over the two weekends, showcasing products and services including kitchen and bath displays, decking, fencing, countertops, tile, home energy systems, home financing, landscaping, interior design, window treatments, roofing, waterproofing, heating and air and more.

Seminar speakers include Matt Blashaw, host of the popular Yard Crashers on HGTV and the DIY Network, and Alison Victoria, host of Kitchen Crashers on the DIY Network. Matt will present seminars on Saturday Feb. 21 at 12 noon and 3PM, and Alison at 12 noon and 2PM on Sunday Feb. 22. HGTV designer and current designer on Restaurant Impossible, Taniya Nayak will join the expo Sat. Feb. 28 at 12 noon and 3PM.   Todd Peenstra will also be on hand all day Sunday Feb. 28 and March 1 to discuss antiques and keepsakes in the house. Guests are invited to bring their collectables for FREE APPRASIAL. There is a limit of just one item per person. . Master Gardener Lisa Winters will also present seminars both weekends.

Tickets are available at the door. Adults are $5. Tickets for active and retired military are only $3. One ticket is valid for both weekends. Guest may download a complimentary admission, compliments of Angie’s List and their participating exhibitors by visiting www.MidAtlanticExpos.com

The expo is hosted at the National Guard Armory, 18 Willow Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. Parking for the event is free.
