The owner of the Ramshead restaurant in Savage Mills, Howard County, has been charged with recording female customers the restroom. Kyle Mulhauser has been charges with 6 counts of visual surveillance with prurient intent. According to police, there are six women depicted in a video recording obtained when the camera fell from the ceiling. Investigators have linked the camera to Mulhauser who turned himself into police without incident last week.
It is unknown if there were any other cameras in any associated venues.
A preliminary court date has been scheduled for April 2015.
