AACC continues to enroll right through break

aaccEnrollment for Anne Arundel Community College’s winter and spring terms is underway and will continue even when the college is closed. The campus closes at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 23 and reopens at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 5.

The credit winter term provides a great opportunity for students to take a class needed to complete their educational program, even for students at four-year colleges who are home for an extended winter break. Classes for the four-week winter term meet from Dec. 22-Jan. 20, and classes for the two-week winter term meet from Jan. 5-16. Visit www.aacc.edu/recreg/waystoregister.cfm.

For the credit spring term beginning Jan. 21, students can choose from 15-week, 13-week, eight-week, weekend or online formats. New this year are degrees in Mechatronics Engineering Technology to learn the combined skills of mechanical engineering, electronics and computer software needed for modern manufacturing jobs; Game Development and Web and Interactive Design. New certificates are in Advanced Cyber Forensics, Special Education Support, Health Care Delivery Systems, Game Development and Web and Interactive Design.

Noncredit winter classes start at varying times, from January to March and offer professional certifications, personal enrichment or adult basic education. Visit www.aacc.edu/noncredit.
