Police investigating 3rd homicide in 10 days

MurderMillersville

On Monday November 17th, 2014 at about 6:45 a.m., a citizen called 911 to report an injured subject inside of a vehicle on Williamstowne Drive near Old Mill Road in Millersville, Maryland. When police officers and EMS arrived on the scene, they found an adult male in the driver’s seat of the vehicle suffering from trauma to the upper body. The subject was deceased.

At this time the subject has not yet been identified and a cause and manner of death has not been determined, however the vehicle was not involved in an accident or crash. Detectives from the Anne Arundel County Police Department Homicide Unit are investigating this incident.

Pasadena

On Friday, November 14, 2014 at approximately 8:32 p.m., members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the 7800 block of Huff Court, Pasadena, Maryland for the report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers were directed to a back yard in the area where a male victim was found suffering from gunshot wounds. The male was pronounced deceased on scene by responding paramedics.

Anne Arundel County Homicide Detectives and the Evidence Collection Unit responded to the scene. Detectives located and interviewed witnesses in regards to the very active and fluid investigation.

The victim has been positively identified as Javante Jaquan Parker, 21, of the 8000 block Solley Road, Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Laurel

On Saturday, November 8, 2014 at approximately 10:19 p.m., members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the 200 block of Red Clay Road, Laurel, Maryland for the report of shots fired.

Upon arrival officers were directed to an apartment where an adult male was found suffering from gunshot wounds. The male was pronounced deceased on scene by responding paramedics.

Detectives are still on scene investigating this incident. Several witnesses have been identified and are being interviewed. This is a very active investigation at this time.

The deceased has been identified as Abelardo Alvarado Aguilar, 37, of the 8100 block 15th Avenue, Hyattsville, Maryland.
