Anne Arundel County Police have located a stolen school bus in the area of Governor’s Bridge Road and Strawberry Run in Davidsonville but suspects are still on the loose, but according to Lt. TJ Smith of the Anne Arundel County Police Department, at least one of the two suspects is a male.

At 630am, police issued a BOLO (be on look out) for the special needs school bus with a lift on the rear, which was stolen from a bus depot on Generals Highway in Crownsville. The bus is believed to have been stolen at 3:30am and suffered front end damage as it crashed through the gate.

Police stressed that there were no children on the bus, however without any intent known, they advised parents to warn their children to NOT board bus #874 should it happen to appear in a neighborhood.

The theft is still actively being investigated.
