Greenberg Gibbons announced that T.J. Maxx signed a lease for a 22,500-square-foot store at The Village at Waugh Chapel, a mixed-use development in Gambrills, Md. The new store is set to open in late 2015.

T.J. Maxx showcases an ever changing selection of brand-name family apparel, home fashions, and other merchandise at discounted prices – with a particular emphasis on its wide assortment of stylish clothing, jewelry and accessories. The new store will be located next to Hallmark on Chapel Lake Drive.

“We are thrilled that T.J. Maxx is joining its sister companies Marshalls and Homegoods at Village at Waugh Chapel,” said Tom Fitzpatrick, President of Greenberg Gibbons. “These nationally respected brands bring great value to customers by offering a vast variety of off-price, top-quality fashion and housewares.”

T.J. Maxx will also join Safeway, LA Fitness, Pier 1 Imports, Chipotle and many other national and regional retailers, fast casual restaurants and fine dining options at The Village at Waugh Chapel.

Located in West Anne Arundel County, The Village at Waugh Chapel incorporates 404,000 square feet of retail space, 400 senior apartments, a restaurant park, an office building and 3 acres of lakes, parks and promenades into an attractive, open-air mixed use development. The Village at Waugh Chapel is located next to the new Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, which is also managed by Greenberg Gibbons.
