Arundel Lodge artists featured at Gallery 90

arundellodgeA selection of artwork by Arundel Lodge  artists will be on display in Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Gallery 90, a partnership between the nonprofit and the Maryland Federation of Art formed to create a harmonious work environment for Hospice of the Chesapeake administrative staff and visiting nurses, caregivers and volunteers who work directly with patients and their families.

Titled “The World as I See It” the Arundel Lodge exhibit is on display from Sept. 12 through Jan. 26, 2015 at the nonprofit’s headquarters located at 90 Ritchie Highway in Pasadena and will feature the following Arundel Lodge Open Eye Studio artists: Lee Hansen, Andy Barlotta, Christian McCarrol, Marisa Bolen, Colin Lacey, Melinda Cannon, Leah Loebner, Elizabeth Hooper, Solomon Queen, Bert Lundgren, Heidi Richardson, Margaret O’Brien, Haran Wright, Kevin Clarke, Diane Armstrong, Rahel Polgreen, and Lois Agee.

The Arundel Lodge artists will receive 90 percent of all proceeds from the sale of artwork and 10 percent will go to Hospice of the Chesapeake.  There will be an Artist Reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 5 at Gallery 90. Arundel Lodge, a local nonprofit organization, specializes in behavioral health disorders and a key component is the Open Eye Studio designed to create a safe, supportive community of artists who can explore, express, and recover through the visual arts.
