The Wednesday Night Races Cruise departs City Dock at 6:00 p.m. The two-hour cruise is a great opportunity to watch the races. After the inaugural Wednesday Night Races Cruise, Sabrina R posted on TripAdvisor, “Harbor Queen was a perfect place to photograph the race. The captain took us out close to the starting line to see the different classes of sailboats lined up for the start of their races. He really explained the race and the different types of sailboats well. I enjoyed his commentary and was better able to appreciate the skill involved. I had never seen the races before and was delighted by the different groups of sailboats lined up with their brightly colored sails…Being in the midst of things made it easy to get shots with the light behind and shining on the boats just by moving from one side of the boat to the other. As we came back into port we passed the Naval Academy. The captain had lots of interesting things to share about the Academy as well. I’ve done several tours with Watermark and have always enjoyed myself. I got lots of great shots of the sailboats and may just go back for the next one. There were couples and families on the cruise as well as photographers. They served some food and drinks were available at the bar. It was a great way to spend a summer evening!”

Tickets for the Wednesday Night Races Cruise are $32 for Adults and $18 for Children 3-11. Children 2 & Under are Free. Advanced tickets are recommended and available online at cruisesonthebay.com. Walk-ups are welcome if space is available.
