Lilly and Mudd
Smoky, sassy and sultry, Annapolis-based group Lilly & Mudd is drawing a lot of interest in the region. In both their original music and their remix of rarely covered tunes the group defies categorical genre.

Singer-Songwriters Tish Martinez and Don Lamb-Minor team up with accomplished musicians Mark Chapin and Larry Griffin to deliver an acoustic sound with the perfect modicum of blues to put an edge to their music. Lead singer Tish Martinez’s rich, deep and urbane voice sets the character of this group. You don’t want to miss them.

3:00pm until 4:45pm
ShamRogues
Labeled as ‘The Best Irish band to EVER play in Baltimore’, The ShamRogues have been entertaining crowds all over the East Coast since 2009 with their unique brand of Irish music and dance. From Washington D.C. to Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the famous Irish venues of New York City, the band has attracted fans of all ages and walks of life wherever they travel with their show. Having recently performed a series of sell out shows in Ireland the band has blasted onto the International scene in a blaze of electric fiddles and banjos

Formed by banjo player and County Laois native Jim Phelan, the band features Adam Wyatt on Vocals and Bodhran, the internationally renowned fiddler Johnny Benson, Chris Marsheck on Guitar, Gary Peresta on Bass, Rich Boshart on Drums and 8-time World Irish Dancing Championship finalist Katie Fox

Not a band to stand around on stage blasting out song after song, The ShamRogues like to involve their audience in a fun, lively evening of songs and stories of Ireland, and God help anyone who forgets to clap along!!

Ray Weaver
“…a master storyteller who knows how to wrap an intensely personal cloak.” J. Doug Gill, Musicians Monthly

Ray Weaver is first and foremost, a writer.
He has the rare ability to transform life into songs and stories that are intensely personal, yet still touch a universal chord.

“The writing talent here is really pretty formidable,” said Doug Floyd of altcountrytab.com. “The names of Steve Earle, Townes van Zandt and Guy Clark all spring to mind.”

The Danish artist Jes Holtsø chose to use only Ray Weaver songs for his two CDs. The CDs – and the songs – co-written with the well-known pianist and producer Morten Wittrock, received rave reviews from both the press and the public:

“These are strong, intimate songs – a great mix of soul, blues and groovy funk. The recordings are rootsy and simple. The result is a personal and live-affirming history of life’s ups and downs, pain, luck, love and joy – in short…THE BLUES!”

Copenhagen Blues Festival
The second Jes Holtsø CD was nominated for a Danish Grammy Award and won Jes the “Blues Personality of the Year” Award from the Copenhagen Blues Society

Ray himself plays concerts and festivals across the United States and in Europe. His music has been used on the Travel Channel, the WB Network and featured on radio and internet stations worldwide.

Joann Murphy & friends
A multi-instrumentalist and folk singer, local musician Joann Murphy will transport your soul to another place and a simpler time. The sounds of her iconic hammered dulcimer will raise your spirit with joy.
