Fox 5 in Washington is reporting that the police report about a sexual assault at the Jiffy Lube Live concert venue is inaccurate.  The female victim claims that she was not asleep at the time and was resting due to a medical condition.

The alleged assailant, Ben Chisolm, a 2013 graduate of South River High and a freshman at the University of Maryland, reportedly “spooned” up against the woman and grabbed her breasts. The woman reports that Chisolm and his friends heckled her when they left.

Chisolm was initially detained for public intoxication and was subsequently charged in the incident which occurred during a Zac Brown Band concert on Sunday night.
