5th Annual Arts, Crafts, and Wine Festival tomorrow

Annapolis is becoming a national wine destination as City Dock Promotions brings the 5th Annual Arts, Crafts, and Wine Festival to Annapolis. This festival, the largest in the region will highlight tastings from more than 24 vineyards including:

Entertainment will be held on two separate stages– the Kids’Art Stage and The Music Pavilion  .

KIDS’ART Stage

Saturday:

  •  10:00-11:00 am:  Dance Explosion Performing Arts Studio led by Donna Fellows “explodes” on the Kids’Art Stage.
  •  1:00- 4:00 pm:  The Bates Middle School Jazz Band led by Dr. Maximus Vanderbeek who will entertain young and old alike.

And make sure the kids see Annapolis’ famous “Charley the Balloon Man” who will be performing his magic balloon tricks and twists.  Also face painting and hands-activities to bring out the inner Picasso in your child and tie dyeing, too, with Erin of Roll Up N Dye. All in the Kids’Art area near the entrance.

 Sunday: 

  • 12:00-1:00 pm:   The Children’s Theatre of Annapolis (CTA)  will perform favorite Broadway tunes plus more.
  • 2:00-4:00 pm:   “Mr. and Mrs. Jones” doing mellow classic rock on the acoustic guitar.

Saturday:

  • 10-1:30:   Three Shot Mocha
  • 2:00-4:30:  Mosaic Jazz Ensemble

Sunday: 

  • 10:00-1:30:   Mosaic Jazz Ensemble
  •  2:00-4:30. Three Shot Mocha

Purchase a bottle of wine, find a cool place under the wine pavilion tent, and listen to smooth jazz all day long!
