On May 15th, Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville featured a fundraiser for FoodLink, “Girls Night Out.” It was an evening of shopping, sipping and strolling with the tastes, sights, smells & sounds of summer all in one fabulous place.

Dozens of local stores came to the area’s premier garden center to pamper the girls who were treated to scrumptious food from the likes of Stan & Joe’s, Herrington Harbor, Killarney House, Tastefully simple and more.  The ladies could be pampered with makeovers, body wraps, and henna tattoos.

Several raffles were in play as well–all to benefit Food Link.

Homestead Gardens, one of the most civic minded companies in the area offered a $10 discount on any purchase of $50 or more and had special pricing on many items specifically for the event.
