Fashion for a Cause raises nearly $100K for Hospice

High fashion and fundraising made for a perfect fit at Hospice Hundred’s Fashion for a Cause, held on May 15 and hosted once again by Porsche of Annapolis. The event drew more than 400 people and raised $94,000 for Chesapeake Kids, a program of Hospice of the Chesapeake that supports children living with and affected by advanced illness.  Adding more excitement to the evening was the launch of the Porsche Macan which was unveiled at the fashion show.

A variety of spring/summer fashions and accessories provided by Nordstrom, Brooks Brothers, Hobo Bags, Pure Barre Annapolis, WRABYN and Stella & Dot were showcased on the runway. The food was provided by The Westin Annapolis and Cupcake BLVD and beverages courtesy of The Sandy Bottom Drink, Sloop Betty Vodka and Great Frogs Wine.

“This highly anticipated fundraiser by Hospice Hundred continues to grow each year. We are so grateful for their support of our mission and thank all of the attendees, our sponsors, and the local businesses who come together as a community for this spectacular event” said Michael S. McHale, President and CEO of Hospice of the Chesapeake.
