The Annapolis Medifast Weight Control Center in the Festival at Riva has announced a new program that will have you looking leaner and meaner in 4 short weeks. The $15/day program includes:
- 4 weeks (28 days) of unlimited counseling
- 2 inbody analysis (reading of body fat, muscle mass, body water, bmi, total body weight)
- 2 metabolic tests (reading of how many calories it should take a person to maintain their current body weight)
- 4 weeks of Medifast meals
With a little coaching and the Medifast program, you are well on your way to a beach body for the summer!
