St. John’s College tutor Robert Goldberg will give a lecture titled “The Liberal Education of Plato’s ‘Laws’” at St. John’s College. The lecture, which is free and open to the public, will be held in the Francis Scott Key Auditorium on Friday, April 4 at 8 p.m.
Goldberg earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate from Harvard University. He taught at the University of Toronto and Kenyon College before joining the faculty at St. John’s College in 1995.
