Annapolis Symphony OrchestraThe Annapolis Symphony Orchestra (ASO) is delighted to announce that its 2014 Fundraising Gala, ROMAN HOLIDAY, will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Loews Annapolis Hotel on the ides of March.  Featuring a playful theme, the elegant evening will include an open bar, a four course gourmet dinner, silent and live auctions, raffle drawing and dancing to live music by the Radio King Orchestra.  This year’s event will once again be presented by the Baltimore-Annapolis Lexus Dealers.

“We are most fortunate that Joyce Pratt and Jeff Harris are serving as honorary co-chairs of this year’s event,” says Executive Director Jeth Mill.  “Their commitment to the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra is truly extraordinary.”  Jessica Jordon Paret leads the committee that is planning the ROMAN HOLIDAY.  Additional sponsors for the 2014 event include The Severn Companies, BKG (the Baldwin, Kagan and Gormley Law Firm), Elizabeth Richebourg Rea, Linda Gooden and Laird Lott.  Media Sponsor for the Gala is COMCAST.

Tickets at $225 per person for this black tie event are available for purchase by calling the ASO at 410-269-1132 or by visiting the office in Room 204 at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts.  $125 of each ticket sold is considered a tax deductible charitable contribution.  All proceeds support the orchestra’s artistic and educational programming.

“The Symphony Gala is one of the events we look forward to being part of each year,” states Paul LaRochelle, Lexus of Annapolis.  “It’s a tremendous way for Lexus to be involved in the local community and to be associated with one of the most respected organizations in Anne Arundel County.  Many of the ASO’s constituents are loyal Lexus customers.  Supporting an organization that has special meaning to our clients is a great way for us to show our appreciation for their business!”
