Annapolis Police Report: Stolen Vehicle, Attempted Burglary

police-blotter-graphicAttempted Burglary – 201400000619 – 100 block of Woods Dr – 01/30 at 8pm to 02/06 at 11:20am:  Someone attempted to pry open the rear door to the residence, but was not able to get into the home.

Stolen Vehicle – 201400000629 – 1700 block of Forest Dr – 02/06 from 9:50pm to 10pm:  A black 2000 Ford Explorer, MD reg. M557569, was stolen when the owner left the vehicle in the parking lot with the engine running, the doors unlocked, and the keys in the ignition.

Update to Armed Robbery – 201400000373 – 900 block of West St – 01/24 at 12:30pm:  A man entered the business, displayed a gun, and demanded money from the employee.  He fled the area on foot.  The suspect is described as a white male with darker skin, hazel eyes, early to mid 20s, 5’8” to 5’9” tall.  The suspect left the area on foot onto West St in an unknown direction.  The suspect appears to be wearing a faded black hooded sweatshirt, maroon jeans, and black athletic shoes with white and black soles.
