The third in a series of four art exhibits by the Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) is now in place at Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Gallery 90; the art gallery at the nonprofit’s administrative building at 90 Ritchie Highway in Pasadena, MD.
This exhibit titled “Journeys” features artwork and photographs by Tom Boddorff, Kellee Wynne Conrad, David Diaz, Patrice Drago, Carol Dreyfus, C. Fowler, Gail Higginbotham, Joan Howe, Thyra Moore, Richard Niewerth, Jennifer Wilkinson Rynbrandt, Corey Sautter, Dick Schneier, Anne Sieling and Kate Stillwell. The exhibit is on display through April 2014.
To realize the vision of creating a harmonious work environment for Hospice of the Chesapeake administrative staff and visiting nurses, caregivers and volunteers who work directly with patients and their families, the MFA and Hospice of the Chesapeake formed a partnership. The art on display will also be for sale with a portion of the proceeds benefiting both organizations.
Those interested in viewing Gallery 90 should contact Hospice of the Chesapeake at 410.987.2003 to schedule an appointment. For more information about Hospice of the Chesapeake programs and services, visit www.hospicechesapeake.org. For more information on the MFA, visit http://www.mdfedart.com.
