Anne Arundel County Fire Department Graduates 41

Class 51On January 17, 2014, the graduation of Anne Arundel County Fire Department Recruit Class 51 took place in the Kaufman Auditorium at the Anne Arundel Community College.

17 graduates completed 18 weeks of training with the remaining 24 recruits successfully completing a total of 24 weeks.  All 41 graduates will be released to the field immediately to begin their new assignments.

Included in this year’s graduating class is an employee who uses a prosthetic hand to perform the critical job duties of an emergency services employee and five legacy graduates whose fathers are either currently working or are retired members of the Department.
