StJohnsCollege“Lift Every Voice” Concert and Seminars
January 11 & 12
Join the St. John’s community as some of the finest regional vocalists perform inspiring gospel spirituals at this annual concert honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The community is also invited to take part in seminars to discuss a reading relevant to human and civil rights. Free and open to the public; registration for the seminars is required.

Call for Artists: National Juried Exhibition
Deadline for submission: January 31
“Less is More: Small Works in a Great Space” is a national juried exhibition to be held from May 28 to June 15, 2014. Open to artists 18 and older living in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the exhibition will feature works in all media, including jewelry and textiles. Artwork will be for sale and cash prizes will be awarded. Proceeds support Mitchell Gallery educational programs.

Saturday Seminars
February 22, 9:30 a.m.
Registration is now open! Spend a Saturday in seminar, led by St. John’s tutors, discussing great works by Melville, Fitzgerald, Dostoyevsky, and other authors. After seminar, participants may continue the conversation over a buffet lunch. Cost: $50, including seminar and lunch.
