2 Men Rob Arundel Pharmacy At Gunpoint. Two men robbed an Anne Arundel County pharmacy at gunpoint Saturday morning, police said. County police were called to Arundel Pharmacy in the 7500 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, where two men entered the store, one armed with a handgun.

1 Dead, 1 Injured In I-97 Crash. A man has died and another was injured in a crash on Interstate 97 Friday morning. Shortly after 8:30 a.m., two vehicles collided on northbound I-97 near Maryland Route 100 in Glen Burnie. State police said a car entering northbound I-97 from eastbound Route 100 somehow lost control and was struck by a pickup truck.

Man Arrested In Robbery Of 81-Year Old Woman.  More than a week after a strong-armed robbery in Glen Burnie, authorities developed leads that resulted in an arrest of a Baltimore County man Friday. Anne Arundel County police said detectives developed a suspect in an incident on Nov. 12 in which an 81-year-old woman was robbed of her purse in the parking lot of the Walmart in the 6700 block of Chesapeake Center Drive.

No Charges For Driver In Fatal Bicycle Crash.  A motorist won’t face criminal charges in an August accident that killed an assistant track coach at Annapolis High School. Anne Arundel County prosecutors announced Friday that a grand jury has declined to indict 37-year-old Whitney Decesaris. She will be charged with negligent driving and other traffic offenses.
