Hospice Partners With Maryland Federation Of Art

hospiceHospice of the Chesapeake announced today it has partnered with the Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) on Gallery 90; the art gallery at the nonprofit’s new administrative building at 90 Ritchie Highway in Pasadena, MD.

The MFA will provide four shows over the next twelve months in Gallery 90.  This unique partnership is designed to assist in creating a harmonious work environment for the staff and volunteers as they care for hospice patients and their families. The art on display will also be for sale with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Hospice of the Chesapeake and MFA.

First in the series will be Beginnings scheduled to be displayed from August 26 through October 31, 2013.  Beginnings will feature works by David Diaz, Gail Higginbotham, Kate Stillwell, Angela Petruncio, John Jensen, Carol Donahue, Carol Tessier, Dick Schneier, Steve Borko, Patrice Drago, Thyra Moore, Wil Scott, Kass McGowan, and Tom Boddorff.
