AFFshortscrawlIMG_2816For the second year running, the Annapolis Film Festival is offering its hugely successful Shorts Crawl. On Sunday, September 22, 2013 filmgoers are invited to enjoy four hours of film and fun for just $40.00.  There are two sessions: Session 1 will be held from 12 noon to 4 pm and Session 2 from 5 to 9 pm.

This program of selected short films and refreshments takes place at 49 West, Crush Wine Bar, El Toro Bravo, Metropolitan, O’Callaghan’s Hotel and Stan and Joe’s Saloon, some favorite bars and restaurants all within walking distance of each other in downtown Annapolis.

Each group of forty people is led by dynamic group leaders from one venue to the next. Films are introduced by an AFF host and followed by a brief discussion.

Tickets for this  “pub crawl meets shorts film fest” are just $40 or $45 the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased online at www.annapolisfilmfest.net from September 1. The second session sold out last year so be sure to visit early to register and get tickets to your preferred session.

Registration is at Loews Annapolis Hotel: from 11 to 11.45 am for the first session and 4-4.45 pm for the second. This walking event will be held rain or shine. All film presentations are held indoors.

Shorts Crawl is a production of Annapolis Film Festival, Inc.  All monies raised help underwrite the Annapolis Film Festival taking place March 27-30, 2014. For more information, email to info@annapolisfilmfestival.net.

Good to see they’re doing something related to Annapolis since none of the films in the spring event had anything to do with the town or the area
