A group of citizens gave chase after witnessing a purse snatching in JC Penney at the Annapolis Mall. The group of men, caught up with the suspect in front of the Jennifer Road entrance to Trader Joe’s and held the suspect until police arrived. The police release does not indicate that the group of men actually caught the suspect, tackled him and held him until the police responded.
