Tractor-Trailer And Car Collide On Route 50. A tractor-trailer and a car collided on U.S. Route 50 in Annapolis Monday afternoon. State police were called to the eastbound lanes near Rowe Boulevard around 4 p.m. A tractor-trailer and a car collided, blocking three lanes. No injuries were reported.

Public’s Help Sought In Gambrills Arson Case.  Anne Arundel County fire investigators are asking for the public’s help to find arsonists who lit school trash Dumpsters on fire. Investigators said two trash Dumpsters were set on fire at School of the Incarnation at 2601 Symphony Lane in Gambrills late Friday night. Investigators said surveillance video showed two men lighting the Dumpsters on fire, and they were able to identify one of the men.

Police: Man Fatally Shoots Girlfriend’s Dog.  A woman called police after her boyfriend fatally shot a dog in their Pasadena home, police said. Anne Arundel County police officers were called to the 700 block of 224th Street for a report of shots fired around 9:20 p.m. Saturday. While en route, police said they learned a man just shot the victim’s dog. The caller was uncertain if he was still in the home or of the condition of her dog.

Severna Park McDonalds Robbed.  Anne Arundel County police are looking for the man who robbed a McDonald’s restaurant in Severna Park. Officers were called to the restaurant in the 500 block of Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard for reports of a robbery around 6 p.m. Sunday. Employees told police that a man armed with a handgun approached the manager as she was leaving the business. The suspect took money from her and fled from the area on foot.
