Love sampling great food, but hate ordering full plates? Roundz Gourmet Market & Catering is offering a tantalizing solution. Each Friday from 4-7 p.m., beginning June 14, award-winning local Chef Zachary Pope will offer a limited selection of tapas-style menu items for $5 each.
Chef Pope will create a new selection of small plate offerings each week based on what’s fresh now. For example:
- Poached Rockfish with Gingered Slaw or Carrots & a Yuzu Emulsion
- Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes with Feta
- Corn Seafood Soup of Coconut Milk, Curry, Spice, Rockfish & Shrimp
Guests will also have the option of ordering complete meals from the daily menu at Roundz.
“Friday nights in the summer are made for fun,” Chef Pope said. “We’re inviting folks to come by on the way home from work and decompress with friends, great food and fun after a long week. It’s a great way to kick-start the weekend.”
