Herrmann Advertising Wins Awards

PG_KISS_RGBHerrmann Advertising|Branding|Technology received two “Awards of Distinction” in The International Academy of Visual Arts’ 2013 Communicator Awards. The Annapolis agency’s work was among 6,000 entries considered for this year’s prestigious awards.

In the “Corporate Identity: Logo” category, judges selected Herrmann’s memorable “KISS” logo designed for the Prince George’s County Health Department’s campaign to raise community awareness about the prevention, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. The logo is part of Herrmann’s larger branding initiative for the campaign that also features a new website, a social media outreach and collateral materials.

A creative e-holiday card for the New York-based Bond, Schoeneck & King law firm received honors in the “Interactive Media: Corporate Image” category. Featuring 3-D animation, the e-card delighted the firm’s clients this past season. It was one of several elements Herrmann produced to showcase the firm’s new brand.

“We are delighted that our work for these two valued clients is receiving such widespread recognition,” said Herrmann Advertising President Judi Herrmann. “It’s an honor for us as well as for Prince George’s County Health Department and Bond, Schoeneck & King.”

Founded in 1979, Herrmann Advertising is a full-service agency specializing in branding, Web design and technology, traditional and social media, and creative marketing solutions. The woman-owned agency serves clients from an array of industries including legal services, health care, financial services, government agencies, education, real estate and transportation.
