Annapolis Mayor Joshua J. Cohen and Annapolis Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) President and CEO Lara Fritts are pleased to welcome Moorings The Kettle to Annapolis.
Owners Chef Phillip Martin and Amy Myers-Martin look forward to serving you! They also look forward to showing you what a little bit of dreaming and a lot of passion for flavor can produce. They specialize in soups, sandwiches, small plates and specials.
Moorings The Kettle is located at 137 Prince George Street in Annapolis and is at the intersection of Randall and Prince George Streets, just one block from the visitor entrance to the United States Naval Academy. The official ribbon cutting took place on Thursday, May 2, at 2:30 p.m.
“To see a business owner thrive and then expand in Annapolis is so gratifying,” Mayor Cohen said. “I applaud Phillip and Amy on the success of their other businesses and thank them for believing in Annapolis as a location for continued success and for contributing to the economic growth of our community.”
Moorings The Kettle is open Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They are closed Mondays.
“Part of our mission at AEDC is to help business expand,” said AEDC President Lara Fritts. “It is always thrilling to see a local business turn their passion of quality service, food, and flavor into a business, repeatedly, and we wish them success in their newest business venture.”
