Jessup Man Arrested In Connection With StabbingAnne Arundel County police said they arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a stabbing. Officers were called to the 2900 block of Jessup Road in Jessup for a report of a fight around 1 a.m. Monday. A witness told police a 32-year-old man was just stabbed and left to go to the hospital. He took himself to Howard County General Hospital where was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

New Health Clinic Offers More Services For Female Vets. More than 80,000 local veterans now have access to cutting edge health care, including services catering to the increasing number of female veterans, through a new clinic that opened Monday at Fort Meade. The number of female veterans has doubled in the past 25 years, according to the U.S. military, so the Department of Veterans Affairs is responding by offering a health care model designed to accommodate the different needs of male and female patients.

22 Teens Busted At Severna Park House PartyAnne Arundel County police said 22 minors were busted during a house party at a problematic Severna Park home. Officers were called to a home in the 100 block of Southway Drive for a report of an underage drinking party around 9 p.m. Saturday. Police said this was the third time in four months officers have been called to the same home.

Firefighter Injured Battling Arnold Blaze. An Anne Arundel County firefighter is recovering from injuries he suffered during a two-alarm house fire in Arnold. Fire officials told 11 News that no one was inside the two-story waterfront home in the 400 block of Beach Road when they arrived shortly after 12:30 a.m. Monday. It took crews from several fire departments until 3:15 a.m. to get the blaze under control
