Crews Battle Fire In Anne Arundel County. Firefighters battled a blaze Monday evening in Anne Arundel County. Officials said a fire consumed a building behind the former Cross Roads Tavern along Crane Highway in Glen Burnie. Investigators said firefighters were able to enter the building, but they were quickly ordered out because of safety concerns.

Former Hopkins Doc Kills Self Amid Photo Scandal.  Baltimore City police said a Johns Hopkins Hospital gynecologist who was facing a criminal conduct investigation involving inappropriate photos that were taken of patients killed himself Monday.  Johns Hopkins officials said in a statement that they launched an investigation on Feb. 4 into Dr. Nikita Levy, 54, after an employee alerted them of the possibility that he was inappropriately photographing and videotaping his patients during appointments.

Several Displaced In Columbia Apartment Fire. Howard County fire officials are investigating a weekend apartment fire in Columbia that displaced several people. Howard County fire crews were called around 4 p.m. Saturday to the 9300 block of Indian Camp Road, where firefighters found flames shooting through the roof of the complex.

Ray Rice Facebook Impostor Trying To Lure Young Girls. Someone who created their own Facebook page posing as Ray Rice is trying to lure young girls, the Baltimore Ravens running back told WBAL-TV 11 News. A quick look on Facebook will show there are all kinds of fake Ray Rice pages, so it would really take something serious to get his attention. Ray Rice’s actual personal Facebook page was not hacked or used in these instances.
