Partners In Care Jewelry Extravaganza Scheduled

partnersincare5The Partners In Care Boutique will hold its highly-anticipated annual Jewelry Extravaganza on Saturday, March 23rd from 10:00am to 6:00pm at the Upscale, Resale Boutique at 6 S. Ritchie Highway at East-West Boulevard in Pasadena. The event and parking are free and open to the public.

The Jewelry Extravaganza features treasures from Partners In Care’s own “collection” of jewelry which includes premium gold, silver, fashion, costume and estate jewelry.  Jewelry is collected all year, then cleaned, repaired, and appraised for this event. In addition to traditional designs, one-of-a-kind pieces in a variety of styles will be showcased with jewelry selections to suit every taste and budget.

The entire Boutique will be open during the show and sale, with clothing for ladies, men and children, accessories, books, toys, housewares, art, lamps and furniture. For more information, contact Boutique Manager, Gladney McKay 410-544-0568.

If you have jewelry you no longer wear or need, consider donating it to Partners In Care. Your tax-deductible gift will support programs building a community network of care around older adults.

The Jewelry Extravaganza benefits Partners In Care Maryland (PIC), a 501(c)3 community nonprofit, celebrating 20 years in the community. PIC engages older adults to use their time and talents providing supportive services and building community to help themselves and others remain independent in their own homes. Services include non-medical, neighborly tasks such as rides to doctors and grocery stores utilizing volunteer drivers and the wheelchair-accessible Mobility Bus, handyman repairs to maintain homes, member care, advocacy for economic wellbeing, emergency preparedness, socialization programs, Lifeline personal emergency response system, and the Boutique. Donations are tax-deductible per IRS and State of MD regulations. For more information, see partnersincare.org or contact Anne Myers at 410-544-4800.
