Authorities Seize Guns After Incident At Glen Burnie School. Anne Arundel County police said a 25-year-old man was arrested and detectives seized several guns from his home stemming from an incident at a Glen Burnie school. Authorities held a joint news conference with Anne Arundel County Public School officials Wednesday to discuss the circumstances involving North County High School.

Police Seek 2 Men In Brooklyn Park Robbery.  Anne Arundel County police are looking for two men who were wanted in a Brooklyn Park robbery. A 38-year-old man told police he was walking through the Alley 43 when two men approached him around 2 p.m. Tuesday. Police said one of the men was armed with a knife and both robbers demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim complied and the men fled in the direction of Ritchie Highway.

Police make Drug Arrest In Pasadena. Anne Arundel County police said they made a drug-related arrest after a traffic stop in Pasadena. Detectives stopped the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe at Old Crown Drive near Edwin Raynor Boulevard. Police said detectives searched the car and recovered over $1,200 worth of prescription medication and $690 in cash.

MD Authorities Try To Serve Warrant On Teacher.  Anne Arundel County authorities have been trying for three months to serve a warrant on a Glen Burnie teacher accused of stealing from a community charity. Police encountered Pamela Fowler last month when she was issued 12 traffic citations, but for some reason, they said the warrant wasn’t detected. The officer didn’t realize sheriff’s deputies had been looking for her, and Fowler was permitted to drive away.
