Rams Head Named To Top 100 Clubs Worldwide

BlueSkyRiders-RHOS091812-9624The Rams Head Group, a restaurant and entertainment company, is proud to announce that Rams Head On Stage and Rams Head Live have both ranked favorably among Pollstar’s top 100 Club Venues list.

“We’d like to thank our friends for continuing to support live music in Annapolis and Baltimore and allowing us the opportunity to provide an extremely diverse lineup of national performers between Rams Head On Stage and Rams Head Live year after year,” said Rams Head Vice President Erin McNaboe. “Despite these achievements,  we remain humbled by our beginnings and are thankful for our customers, incredible musicians, supportive marketing partners and [of course] our top notch staff.”

Rams Head On Stage, Annapolis’ own live music venue, has again secured the year-end ranking of #1 in the world of 500 and less capacity venues on Pollstar’s  top 100 Club Venues list, also attaining a remarkable ranking of number 27 in the U.S. and number 32 in the world overall.Rams Head On Stage, with a capacity of 312, sold 83,679 tickets in 2012, finishing just about 5,000 tickets below the 2,500 capacity Electric Factory in Philadelphia.

Rams Head Live!, Baltimore’s premier live music venue, has reached its highest year-end ranking to date on Pollstar’s  top 100 Club Venues list, ranking sixth in the United States and eighth overall in the world. Rams Head Live sold 136,676 tickets in 2012. This amount is only about 2,000 less than the Ogden Theatre in Denver, Colo., which holds the number 5 spot. Rams Head Live also outpaced many other outstanding venues in 2012, including Webster Hall in New York City, Club Nokia in Los Angeles and Stubb’s Bar-B-Q in Austin, Tx.
