This afternoon, thousands of people took to the frigid waters of the Chesapeake Bay mark the 17th Anniversary of the Maryland State Police Polar Bear plunge to benefit Special Olympics  Maryland. The multi-day event culminated this afternoon with two plunges, appearances by the Ravens Cheerleaders, and some incredible music brought to you by Rams Head On Stage.  But as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are the photos and a video!

There is still time to pledge your support of Special Olympics if you like, just go here!  And for now…..brrrrrr!
