Delegate Dwyer Charged In Boating Accident
From ABC2 News:
Delegate Don H. Dwyer Hr. has been charged in a boat accident that happened in August that sent several people to the hospital. Dwyer Jr., 54 of Pasadena, Md., was charged with
- a Rules of the Road violation, which carries a payable fine of $85
- failure to obtain annual certificate of number, which carries a payable fine of $85
- negligent operation of a vessel which carries a payable fine of $320
- reckless operation of a vessel which carries a payable fine of $450
Dwyer was also charged with operating a vessel while under the influence of alcohol which requires the charged party to appear in court and carries a maximum penalty of $1,000 fine and/or one year in prison for the first offense.
