Police Identify Driver In Fatal Glen Burnie Hit & Run

The Anne Arundel County Police have located the vehicle and interviewed the driver in a fatal hit & run accident on November 20th.  Charges are pending based on a decision from the State’s Attorney’s Office.

On November 27, 2012, at approximately 11:00 a.m., members of the Traffic Safety Section located the suspect vehicle in the driveway of a residence in the 8100 block of Lea Road in Pasadena, Maryland. The vehicle had visible damage consistent with the evidence collected at the scene and that of striking a pedestrian. The vehicle was seized and processed by the Evidence Collection Unit.

On November 27, 2012, at approximately 3:15 p.m., the operator, Donovan Scott Bailey, contacted the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Traffic Safety Investigators subsequently conducted an interview with Mr. Bailey and he was released at the conclusion of that interview. Charges relating to the crash are pending a final review of the case by the State’s Attorney’s Office.
