Domestic Stabbing In Glen Burnie

Stabbing

On November 25, 2012 at approximately 0927 hours, officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Northern District responded to the 7700 block of Oakwood Road, Glen Burnie for a report of a stabbing.  Officers found a 42-year-old male from Baltimore on the stairs inside the apartment building suffering from a stab wound to the back and a laceration to the head.

The investigation revealed the victim was visiting his girlfriend at her apartment when they began to argue.  The suspect, a 31-year-old female, stabbed the victim while the victim was removing his personal belongings from her apartment.  The victim was transported to the University of Maryland Hospital-Baltimore for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was arrested and charged with second degree attempted murder and related charges.
