“We are so pleased to align ourselves with the ABA during this holiday season. We see this as a fantastic opportunity to support all of the local businesses and give back to the Annapolis community,” said Paul LaRochelle of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis.
Sean O’Neill, president of the ABA, said, “We appreciate the support of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis in helping us continue this longstanding ABA tradition. We want to draw residents and visitors downtown to enjoy our unique festive atmosphere of downtown Annapolis during the yuletide.”
For decades, the ABA has fully underwritten the holiday decorations downtown through the fundraising events and donations. In 2011, the organization tried a new approach and Sheehy Lexus stepped in to keep the Christmas spirit alive in Annapolis. After positive results last year, they chose to continue with their sponsorship in 2012.
The ABA will recognize Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis’ sponsorship in 35 holiday banners adorning Annapolis streets. Sheehy Lexus will also feature several cars under the Holiday Tree downtown. Mr. O’Neill stated, “This is a great opportunity to show our appreciation and demonstrates how the Annapolis business community can work together to create an enjoyable shopping experience.”
Look for the banners and vehicles when Annapolis gathers to light the tree on the City Dock for the Grand Illumination on, Sunday, November 25.
