Annapolis Police Seek Man In Armed Store Robbery. Police in Annapolis are searching for a man who they said robbed a store Wednesday. Police said a man armed with a knife demanded money from the cash register at Tienda Latin Emmanuel in the 1400 block of Forest Drive in Annapolis. Investigators described the assailant as a white man who is 6 feet tall with a skinny build. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a red bandana that partially covered his face.

31 Pets Adopted At Millersville Event.  Anne Arundel County Animal Control said its “Adopt-A-Thon” event was a huge success. Officials said 31 adoptions and three redemptions were completed during their event on Saturday. Animals that were adopted included 18 cats, 12 dogs and one rat.  Animal Control hopes that the public will think of adopting from the shelter if/when they have room for a new pet in their heart and their home.

Police: 2 Robbers Strike At KFC In MillersvilleAnne Arundel County police said they are looking for two men who robbed a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Millersville. Officers were called to the 8000 block of Veterans Highway at about 10 p.m. Wednesday. Store employees told police two men came into the business, demanded money and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing.

Women Find Hidden Video Camera In Home. Howard County police are looking for a man who secretly videotaped two women in their condominium, entering the home several times to move the camera around. The women, who are roommates in Ellicott City, discovered the video camera hidden in a closet last month and notified authorities, police said.
