Capital Editor Publisher To Retire At End Of Year
The Annapolis Capital-Gazette has announced that their publisher and editor, Tom Marquardt, will be retiring at the end of the year. The newspaper, the oldest continually published paper in the nation, will be headed by Pat Richardson who is currently, and will remain, the publisher of the Carroll County Times. She will serve as a “regional publisher.”
