Damning Depositions Released In Leopold Harassment Case. WBAL-TV 11 News has obtained what are being called damning depositions of three members of the Anne Arundel County police force in the harassment case against County Executive John Leopold. The lawsuit was filed by former county employee Karla Hamner, who is accusing Leopold of harassment and retaliatory termination. The case is separate from the criminal charges against Leopold that allege he misused his security detail.

Young Woman’s Remains Show Signs Of TraumaAnne Arundel County police said the human remains that were found behind a Pasadena shopping center earlier this week are those of a young woman. Officers were called to a wooded area behind the Ollie’s Discount Store in the 8100 block of Ritchie Highway in Pasadena at 2:47 p.m. Monday. A person told police he was walking in the woods when he found what appeared to be a human skull.

Howard County Police Fatally Shoot Wanted Man. A Baltimore man who police said woke his ex-girlfriend by putting a gun to her head was later shot and killed by police in Howard County. Howard County police released a statement late Thursday night explaining how its officers, joined by officers from Baltimore City, encountered the man at about 7:45 p.m.

Are You Too Tired For Sex? According to a recent study by the National Sleep Foundation, about one in every four married or cohabitating Americans claim they’re so sleep-deprived that they’re often too tired to have sex. It’s not surprising why sleep trumps sex: Between work, family and social obligations, our need for shuteye often suffers. Add in problems such as financial stress, health issues and relationship woes, and you can see why sex tends to drop to the bottom of our “to do” list — if it’s on there at all.
