He was charged early Tuesday morning as an adult with attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault.
Woman, 81, Dies In Pasadena Crash . An 81-year-old woman died after the car she was riding in crashed into a tree in Anne Arundel County over the weekend. The crash happened just after 1 p.m. Sunday in the 7400 block of Smallwood Road near Green Acres Road in Pasadena. The passenger, identified as 81-year-old Catherine Guthrie, had to be extricated from the vehicle and later died at Shock Trauma. The car’s driver, 49-year-old Gloria Anne Guthrie, was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
