Armed Man Robs Loomis Guard At Millersville 7-ElevenAnne Arundel County police are asking for the public’s help in finding an armed man who robbed an armored car employee at a Millersville store. Officers from the Eastern District were called to the 7-Eleven store on the 400 block of Old Mill Road at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday.  Authorities said a Loomis employee was servicing an ATM machine inside the store when he was approached from behind by the man.

Annapolis Man Charged In Murder-For-Hire Plot In VA. Police in Virginia have arrested an Annapolis man after they said he tried to hire someone to kill his wife. Leesburg police said they arrested Wendell Brian Mansel on Friday and charged him with attempted murder, murder for hire and soliciting murder for hire. Police said earlier this year, Mansel began looking for help in finding a contract killer. The man he approached for help contacted police, which led to an investigation in which an undercover officer posed as a hit man.

2 Men Arrested In Glen Burnie Robbery.  Police said they arrested two men in connection with a robbery in Glen Burnie. Officers were called to the area of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Wellham Avenue at 1:31 a.m. Wednesday. A 44-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman told police they were walking along the sidewalk when a blue Ford Explorer drove past with one of the occupants inside yelling at them. The male victim yelled back. At that time, police said, the Explorer pulled into the lot of a nearby convenience store, where the four people got out and charged at the two victims. The two victims ran along Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard. The male victim was eventually surrounded by the four robbers, who attempted to assault him.
