Police Declare Human Remains A Homicide

The Anne Arundel County Police Department has received word from the  Office of the Chief Medical Examiner  that the unidentified human remains discovered on Tuesday are that of a white female, approximately 18-20 years old, 5’6”, with brown hair.

The manner of death has been preliminarily determined to be a homicide due to trauma to the upper body.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to contact Detective Regina Collier of the Criminal Instigation Division’s Homicide Unit at 410-222-3417.
